"I wish I could give Boston cremation more stars. Everything was absolutely perfect. We started with making arrangements before my grandfather got sick. We knew what it would cost and everything he wanted. When the day came and he passed it was a few second call to say he passed and they took it all from there. Never did I wait long for a response if I emailed or called they answered right away. I got an update every step of the way. From when they picked him up to the hospital when he was going to be cremated, and when everything was done. We had a memorial service and it was the perfect amount of time.
