"Been a decade loyal customer of santander, went in this branch today to update my legal name change. I brought court documents that approved my name change and my new ID under my new name. A lady came up to me and asked do I have a court doc and a new ID to prove the change, I showed her the court doc and she didnt even look at my new ID before saying this “paper” is not enough. I asked her what else do I need to bring because on the website, it says I only need to bring a court decree that approved my name change and a new ID. I showed her this is a legit court document with the case#, signature and stamp. She then told me to wait and a lady will come up and check on me. She then went into a room and start talking with 2 other girls there and let me wait for an hour without anyone coming to check on me. This is the worst kind of bank customer services I have ever experienced and I will for sure call to file a complain on this branch."
