"This is the first review I have ever left, for anything... ever. This business is a complete joke with horrible service. I have an individual that uses this service to manage his money as directed by Social Security. They have sent multiple checks for his housing that have bounced back, Their only accessible over the phone twice a week for limited hours; however, if you call them, there is a 5 percent chance they pick up, and good luck if you want to leave a message... their voicemail has been full for 5 months. I have called them over 20 times in the past two weeks and they have picked up once... when they did pick up, they delayed the simple service request until their next shift. When speaking to the representative, I explained that the service I needed was important and would need a file emailed to me in haste... The representative said "We'll try to get to it Friday, have a nice d..." I had to cut her off because she did not even take down my email........ lol. I don't understand how this business is still operating. It's an embarrassment that the Social Security works with them... one look at their website even hints at it being a fraudulent business."
