"My poor son who goes there and pays $8 every two weeks to cash a check from his employer that is draw off of this bank was told he needs a 2nd Id the Mass state ID which isn't expired wasnt enough to cash a small $300 check . Smh."
"The decor inside and outside the building were beautiful and welcoming. However the customer service was horrible..the line was very long they only had one teller worker in a Friday afternoon which is not beneficial to the poor working customer who are looking for great customer service. I definitely would not recommend that Branch."

I was in the bank for two hours handling a complicated, family emergency - I can't thank them enough for their undivided attention and attention to detail.
