Eastern Bank

"I called before going to this location to cash my check that is an eastern bank check. I took a Uber down there and wasted money. they said there cash machine broke and couldn’t cash any checks. But then had a nerve to act like they had an attitude or something like they were the ones that just wasted money to get there and back home. I had a reason to be frustrated for these reasons. They need to work on there customer service communication skills and get some more training or something or leave their personal problems at the door when they get to work."

"Edit as of 3/18/22 gave 2 more stars because it seems the issues with Atm deposits has been fixed. You guys will get that 5th star when there are pens in the atm lobby. For the last two months I get to ashmont after work and go to deposit my check and there is never a pen there."

"I went to open bank account and greeted by extremely rude lady named Wendy at front desk who didn't even tell me the exact requirements to open a bank account, had to make a trip back home to bring documents only to be told I'm ineligible to open account. I suggest the bank take measures to educate their staff how to greet the customers. Back to basics of interpersonal communication."

"Terrible..they allow people to use others credit card numbers without confirming identity. Basic security for customers and others doesn't seem to work here. As a thought, if you have a customer making multiple withdrawals for cash on a credit card take a better look."
