I called all morning and nobody answered the phone, but there appears to be plenty of workers in the branch who seem to be free, and their phone does seem to be working. I will be reconsidering if I want to remain a chase customer after this interaction (or rather lack of) and several previous experiences."

One of my clients has been very, very satisfied with their chase commercial account, and, as an authorized user on that account, I can vouch for Chase's remarkable improvements in customer service on their high-end credit cad products.
