I came in on what appeared to be her first day, and trust me, if you know me...allow me to ask 1 question, and there are 20 more waiting!!! So I asked all of them (yes, literally all at once), and even though it was her first day, she didn't bat an eye at my request. Though she was not able to provide the exact request by this persistent customer, she still delivered - #1 impressive act. Now here is the impressive part, I returned unannounced several days later, and to my surprise, Shruti, had my request available and I didn't even ask - #2 impressive act. She didn't have to do this for a complete stranger, but she did it anyway. Thank you, Christian P, for hiring such excellent employees. "The woman behind the counter handling my money dropped the money on the floor more than once. Extremely unprofessional. Their money counter is broken and it ate some of my bills. I waited an hour and a half for them to preform an audit. Do not recommend this location."
