"I don’t bank here but I have been twice to get Euro currency for my travels and I have had a great experience both times. At the time I thought what a great customer service especially that I am not their customer. Last week I came in and they only had large bills so I took them anyway and the lady who helped me said that she placed an order and they should have small bills either the next day (Sunday)or Monday. Just got here today Monday and the lady who reluctantly “helped” me (reluctantly because she was so unpleasant that she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her or maybe she was doing me a favor). Completely dismissed me and before even checking she said they don’t have small bills. She then proceeded to supposedly check. “No small bills”. This is not the issue because I can come back tomorrow or the day after or never. The problem was her lousy attitude and rudeness! She was not happy “serving” me. Not to mention that she made me wait like 5 minutes when she was clearly available. Very unpleasant! I wish she had a name tag because I didn’t get her name. She was wearing a black top with a hole under the arm and hair all over it."

"I never have bad experiences with Rockland trust but this location is something else. I've deposited cash twice here and they've shorted me multiple times. I know how to count money. I have newer bills so they stick together and the machine can't count it. I cash handle for a living I know how to count money and the clerk tells me the "machine is accurate" when they've shorted me $35 total with cash deposits. Count it out by hand if you freaking have to. Lazy! Because I know you won't call me if your drawer is short! They also are incompetent and can't change your address for you properly. Had to get my debit card replaced because it expired and I changed my address on the site AND in person previously,, and when I came in today 7/1/24 when my card expired in June 2024, they still had the incorrect address on file despite me changing it IN PERSON prior. So I never got my new card sent to my new address and instead it was probably sent to the old one. Don't come here if you want competent service. They can't provide it for you. I won't be coming to this location anymore and this level of incompetence is making me consider changing banks. Do better and stop being entitled. Count out cash by hand if you have to. ITS YOUR JOB."

"Rockland Trust always seems to pick locations that are difficult to get into and out of. They have great people working there and they often engage in real conversations. If you want to bank local, RT is a good choice."
