North Easton Savings Bank

"I've been to this branch a few times. I usually go to the branch on Crescent St Brockton and they are always so pleasant and professional there. However, I cannot say the same for this branch. I used the drive-thru around 1:50PM today. I have never done a review on a bank before but I am perturbed as I reflect on my experience at this branch today. I completed my withdrawal slip, requested two money orders from a $335 withdrawal, & provided my ID; all at the same time. I can't say how long I've sat there but when I pressed the button to ask if everything was alright the teller said yes but she was getting another teller (I assume, perhaps manager) to assist her; then they were back and forth. It was ODD to say the least. I asked again and the woman said all is fine but never explained the delay. There is so much sensitivity in our social climate in many facets that this is not the appropriate time to be impartial or a respecter of persons. I left telling the woman that I want her to get used to my name, my face, my car, etc. There's no reason why she could not explain the delay, any concerns, a glitch, whatever it was. I'm not beyond an explanation. Whether I had a million dollars in the bank or one hundred dollars in the bank, I'm a customer. Although this was not my first unpleasant experience at this branch, today's experience was by far the most inconsiderate, unfriendly, and unprofessional interaction with the bank as she stood in representation (as a face) of North Easton Savings Bank."

"Usually when entering a bank you expect a greeting or a welcome.... well don't expect this at that location. Hannah is the only pleasant one with the occasional hi from Molly. Old lady absolutely horrible....rude.... and don't be surprised if you hear her let off a huge sigh at the first sign of a couple customers. Thank God there is multiple of these banks in one town otherwise would've changed banks a long time ago."
