"Do not open your small business account with Rockland Trust, honestly one of my worst experience ever. I’m not the type to even do bad reviews but this one was so bad. The Bank mest up with my mailing address, I couldn’t log into the app, customer service couldn’t help me out, had a situation for 3-4 months and still has not been resolved. I had to Actually physically go to this branch. Heather Gray honestly treated me super bad, felt super uncomfortable, she didn’t appreciate my business and didn’t acknowledge the bank MEST UP and try to fix my situation. Instead she was interrogating me. she Was speaking super loud even her team members looked uncomfortable. Bank of America or Chase would never treat their clients like that. Don’t even bother going to this branch. Rockland trust you need to have a better manager representing your bank. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. this is not how you do business! Super disappointed"

"Rockland Trust is a fantastic place to do your banking with.. this lady Janaris Concepcion went beyond the call of duty to make a copy of the CD report, and explain to me how the six-month CD works. She was a very polite lady very service friendly I recommend you do more banking in Rockland trust"

"Well for me I was kind of upset because I was so in love with East Boston Savings on Talbot Avenue in Dorchester they were so very kind to me during Covid but I’ve come to really like RockLand Trust especially the one on Gallivan Boulevard and Talbot Avenue the customer service is always so pleasant and respectful and so willing to help you and walk you through any problems"

"My non-English speaking mother is a regular client of this bank. They are super patient with her, explain everything she needs to know in her own language (Spanish). They have a wide range of retail banking products which is also convenient. They have online banking and ATM channels. There is a small parking lot of around six spots where fortunately I have always found one spot available. But you can also easily arrive by public transportation. Always clean office. The only area of improvement is that they should have more customer service / management employees or allow to do appointments to minimize the wait. Other than this, great service!"

"Super disappointing. How does this bank changed its name and didn’t bother to ask me if I wanted to be part of it. I didn’t find out until I received a card from Rockland trust with card a new pin number. I still haven’t been able to login."
