"Kinda disappointed. I called in advance to ask about a highly anticipated product release I planned to show up for and buy. Over the phone they made a point to mention the products would be sold at msrp and not marked up because of hype around the product release. I showed up for the release and it was neary 2x the msrp.... when I asked about the clear price hike they admitted it was because of the hype around the products. Stick to your word !"

"My wife bought a gift card from this place (i.e., a voucher, a handwritten piece of paper issued by the store itself) to give me on my birthday; Unfortunately, the card, which was a handwritten paper, was lost with the wrapping paper and was thrown away. I went to the store twice to explain the situation, but they flatly refuse to offer a solution. The store's answer is that if I lost the card, it's my problem. Ok, fair enough. But I don't think this is a way of dealing with a regular customer. I feel they are acting in bad faith, so I will never go back to this place, and I recommend that no one else do business with a neighborhood store that treats its customers in this way."
