"Xnai’s review holds true almost 1 year later. This bank of america location is 100% unusable as there is a homeless guy living in there full time. I feel bad for the guy but he shouldn’t live in a bank, defecate in there, smoke cigarettes inside, and treat it like his own place. Corporate needs to monitor this location and require a debit card swipe to get inside."

"Need to do something about the bum(s) who now think this is their rent free apartment. In the last three days I tried to go to this boa ATM, the only one in the area, 2 out of three times, there was the same bum camped out inside with all his stuff. Just crashed in his camping chair inside, bundled up with all his junk inside. My next attempt, which was yesterday, the machine seemed to have been tampered with, and you couldn't even insert your card. Not sure if it was the bum thinking it would do him any good, but considering the timing, it's weird, and still unacceptable. This was day time too. A few times before these incidents, I've found half eaten food lying on the counter, old blankets laying on the floor. Wouldn't go here unless I needed to, and it was the only boa ATM in union sq."
