"I would not recommend this funeral home to anyone. They treated my family horribly during one of the most painful times of our lives. They were so disrespectful and callous. I sent an email to Kevin, Ralph Sr. and Ralph Jr. with all of my complaints, which they simply ignored. On that list was leaving my mother outside with the rest of the mourners, even after she told them that she was the grandmother of the deceased. This is just one of the many offenses. I would not wish it on anyone to go through what we did them, so please find another funeral home to put your loved one to rest. In response to Barile Funeral Homes: If you were genuinely concerned about making things right, then you would have responded privately to the emails sent to you on April 30th and May 1st. Your public response is nothing more than an attempt at saving your reputation. Consider yourselves lucky that I don't publish the emails so that the public can decide for themselves whether or not to use your services."
