Reviews
"I ordered childrens books and it has been two months, i spoke with the store several times, and after two months of waiting - had to cancel my order."
"Ordered books online, but never recieved the order. Even after numerous calls and promises the books were never dshipped."
"Shameful. I bought a book from the store, and never received it. When I tried to request my money back, the store owner told me that they have sent it, and therefore fulfilled their obligations. Thus, no money back. What kind of business is that?"
"One star for this place. Tried to use their service twice. Both times had to cancel my order. For two months, they were not able to complete my order and had no updates on the order status. They do not reply to emails. The customer service representative I spoke to was generally mean, and was not able to provide details on my order completion day too. There are other reviews from their customers who were in the same situation."
"This bookstore is kind of a bad hat. We ordered a book on 3rd of December 2017, today is the end of July 2018 and every call to the company for information about a status of our order are tales of complexity of delivery, customs problems (are you working legally?), a visit of Yury Kim, or Vizbor, or Shalyapin himself, whoever, etc. The guy says "Don't call me, I'll call you once your order arrives". The order still has not arrived after 8 months. And I suspect the better way don't wait for it. In case you want to train your hope this bookstore is perfect, but if you just need a book, possibly, instead of a losing time with the store is more effective just to write a book by yourself."
