"This bank and staff are nothing short of helpful, friendly, and prfessional. I have personally never had a bad experience. To rate them a 1 star based on the hours of operation on google rediculous and not fair at all! The hours of operations on Google is not there fault. They have tried to update it multiple times times since theyve been open and google wont change it. I have also suggested new hours multiple times. Google accepted my photo of the hours but havnt seen any changes yet. Google itself absolutely sucks in that sense. For example I am a manager for a contianer moving company and we close at 3pm. Google has kept it as 4pm even though I've suggested changing hours so many times."
"Update your hours!! Show a shred of consideration for your customers who joined your bank because the hours of operation actually made it possible to use your banks. At this point Citizens is nothing more than a green Bank of America logo."
