"I went to get my brother a bank account yesterday, with his documents from home country, mind you he has his passport and his driver's license from his country and this guy last name Nuñes tells us that his license is spired, we showed him the expiration date on the back of the license, then this Nuñes carather pulls out on this computer a picture of a Colombian ID claiming that was the real license and not the one my brother had. On the search bar he had searched "Colombian ID which and ID card is totally different from a drivers license, at least in Colombia. Very bad experience and mind you we had made this appointment with this carather over a month ago and he never mentioned anything about his license and he even looked at it back then. Also our appointment was at 10:30, we arrived at 10:20am and at that time he took another client and started our appointment almost 20 minutes late."

"Super bad customer service! The employees are just talking to each other, while there is a big line waiting for them!!! Such a great location with lazy employees! They get pay for chatting to each other! They is only o r teller for 10 people! Choose the next manager wisely. Never come to this location."

"Suuuuuuper slow customer service. Average time per customer must be about 7 minutes, and there's always a long line. The tellers are slow, though nice....once you've waited forever to speak with one of them. I've been here a number of times just to get quarters and have had to wait at least 20 minutes, if not more, each time. Worst BoA experiences I've had by far."

"I saw the low reviews and was hesitant, but tried this center out of convenience thinking “How bad could it be?” since I’ve only ever had good experiences with BofA in the 15+ years I’ve had an account with them. Well, the uninformed customer service reps, limited services, and overall frustrating experience were not worth the convenient location. Trust the reviews, stick to online banking, and, if you need a center’s services, go elsewhere."

"The worst customer service ever. They have multiple booths just for show. Any day of the week they have only 1 guy in the bank and a lady to say 'Say hi how are you doing' to people coming in the bank. Would help if she gets inside the booths and do something useful."
