"Eastern Bank had a promotion in the Spring where if you opened up a new account as a new customer you got $200. I was told 3 months. I opened up a new account as a new customer. More than 3 months. No $200. I have asked the employees. No clue. I have asked the main office to call me back. I haven't gotten any help about this. Disappointing."

"I went to the bank yesterday to make the transaction since my company’s account is there. I made a wire transfer and got the receipt. The next day, they called me and said the transaction couldn’t be completed and I had to wait. I called later a few times and two times the attendant shouted and hung up on me, they told me I had three options, either wait, cancel the transaction, or get all my funds and open an account on another bank. The person’s who made the transaction said the manager would call me to justify the poor service, and that didn’t happen. I am really disappointed with this bank and the location."

"I went to change for $100 bills today at this location. The black associate named Marlene is not that friendly. She should train to be better CS oriented teller."
