"Went to get quarters for laundry and the teller told me they were out of quarters. She then told me to go ask JP Licks if they have quarter rolls, which I think is so weird and unprofessional. The next day, I called ahead and was told they have quarter rolls. When I got there, they said they still have no quarters. They thought I meant the empty quarter rolls on the phone. Absolutely absurd."

"I was in there to request coin rolls to possibly open up a new account from the over abundance of collected coins and the window clerk stated that I needed to be a bank member in order to receive these rolls. I stood in line for approximately 30 minutes just to be told that they would not help me. Why was service so slow when I only had a simple request? What is the problem with efficiency and respecting the time of it's customers? Why couldn't the bank provide a simple courtesy to attract a potential new customer? I was considering becoming a member because I regularly shop and Stop N Shop, they have many ATMs available, and they are open on Sundays. After this most disappointing bank experience I will not be opening an account with Citizens. Please clean up and get your house in order."

"Citizen bank is very disappointing. They did not provide bonus that they have promised when opening the account. My friend will be closing citizen bank’s account due to lack of trust. The manager and banker lie to customers and they do not take any responsibilities. They only apologized which did not solve any problems. We strongly encourage everyone to use different bank."

"this branch of citizens is an absolute treat. all the employees are SO nice, really funny and genuine people, and they've always helped me and were very enthusiastic about helping me with any problems i had. Nathan in particular is incredible and always made sure banking with them was easy and painless, when banking at a lot of other places can be super stressful. highly recommend this branch if you're looking for a bank to open an account with!!"

"Very very very personable branch. I came into this branch to cash a check and they realized I was not a Citizens Bank customer. The Brach Manager spent time to talk with me, understand who I bank with and how they may be able to help me. Weeks later I needed to open some tenant security deposits accounts and they were the first place to think of. Friendly staff, remembers the people who come in/out daily, etc. I literally drive past 10 other beaches to come to this one as they create a friendly feeling. Stop by and get to know these bankers. I’ve been really impressed thus far with the level of service I’ve received."
