"Mika and Athena from the Salem NH store were super kind to me and did a wonderful job. They gassed me up, guided me through different options, took time with me as a customer and even gave me a snack. They were awesome and I hope to see them again soon."
"Mika and Lily were soooo helpful and friendly we even signed up for the rewards points... can't wait to come back. Mika made me feel very comfortable where Spencer's I was not"
"Mika and Athena were great! Set up a comforting and safe atmosphere. The store and coworkers were also LGBTQ+ friendly and asked for my pronouns. Highly recommend!"
"The District Manager just lost my business as a returning customer. I stop in next door for fuel about once a week. As I was shopping she asked if she could help me find anything. Of course I have eyes, and said "No thank you. I was comparing the price of a $210 item in store and online and decided to keep shopping for something else." She felt it was necessary to explain to me that I would be supporting small businesses by shopping in store, which I totally understand, but as a consumer I have the right to shop where I please. She spoke about that being my prerogative and that it was rude for me to do that. I'm sorry, but I don't think that's how you're going to keep my businees. I can find another small business to support. How hard is it not insult to the only customer in your shop?"
