"January 2021 - Planning a funeral during a pandemic is a challenge. My Father passed and our family wasn't sure what type of service we could have with all the restrictions in place. Fortunately, we reached out to Mr. Douglass once again for his services. Mr. Douglass knew all the covid regulations, he made the process easy and straightforward which was key in helping us make the decision to have a small private service to keep everyone safe. Mr. Douglass was very helpful with every request and concern we had. Dealing with the death of a loved one is difficult especially with all the decisions that need to be made.
