"I called December 27, 2023 a lady answered the phone rude as ever . They never have any jobs available NEVER I do not recommend . It’s a waste of time and energy be more respectful to the citizens of this city and maybe some jobs would find you the female who answered the phone is sooo rude I’ll never go there and try again. The women who work there are very very rude and misleading I think someone bigger should look into this situation . I give 0 recommendations."

"I really don’t like my experience it’s been going on 3 weeks no background check I’m just very upset about my experience it’s been almost 3 weeks I’m behind on my bills I just feel like I put my trust in a company that was not helpful and I’m just very upset it don’t matter what response they put about how I feel I’m just upset it was very misleading they just keep being nicely passive even 1 representative called & said they had a job opportunity then said oops it’s been taken if that’s not misleading I don’t know what is I’m just very angry and that’s just how I feel and I would like my rating to be this way even if they call with a job because I don’t like my experience this far.Then they gone keep referring you to the app there’s no jobs there it’s like you waste your time your experience will feel like they just passive nicely aggressive to you like sorry it’s nothing we can do but thanks for your information of signing and letting us waste your time it’s giving bad business vibes I’m very upset I hate myself for trusting this company this long waiting on a background check & being mislead they don’t have best interest at heart they don’t care I never waited this long for a background check ever"

"Had someone I know sign up for some shifts through them. He was promised an email with all the details (what shoes, uniform to wear, pay rate and schedule, etc) but they never sent it. They scheduled him for the shifts a day before but never followed through with the needed information. Their phones were not taking calls and texts got no response. It's a 30 minute drive for this person to just be showing up not knowing if he can work or not. And if he doesn't go will he get penalized for "no call no show"?"
