"Is it a funding issue? Is it a lack of care for the residents of Lee and Russell counties? Is it a staffing problem? Why?why?why won't someone answer the phone ????? You people are getting paid for doing apparently very little to serve the community."
"The drivers are nice and considerate, but dealing with dispatching and scheduling is another story. Especially if you’re needing a ride in the afternoon. The confirmation system glitches out often so you’ll have to reach out for what time to be ready for your bus, and then deal with being an inconvenience to the person on the other line. If you get a hold of scheduling because your scheduled ride is coming 3 hours early consistently and messing with your work hours than good luck, you’ll basically be met with oh well you gonna cancel? The service never seems so o have a enough coverage and should consider instituting fares to possibly make pay and incentives better to keep drivers."
"Once you finally do get a ride, the drivers are extremely nice. I have learned that there is only ONE person that does scheduling right now. The buses are free due to COVID guidelines. I’m unsure as to why that’s the reason that help is so limited. It’s entirely impossible to get a reservation. The phone either hangs up after a while and you have to call back or you get lucky and stay on hold for 5,025,600 minutes."
"Their call system and their scheduling system... First it looks like the computers need an upgrade cause they are incredibly slow and it seems like they don't have enough help for scheduling it's like it is all falling on one person's hands l tried calling them before and it was like 3 hours and counting eventually l had to hang up ... Also they quit charging for rides maybe they need to charge again so they can afford to hire help and upgrade their call /computer system on a positive note though the fact they finally got new busses THANK GOD cause riding on the interstate with those old busses was a horror show Frrr.."
"My car put me down so I decided to give them a try to get back and forth to work. I would call around 7am and some guy that answers says make an appointment from 8am to 2pm. When I do that I get no answers. I literally stayed on hold for 30 minutes and decided to hang up. After that I kept calling and got a busy signal. I literally called 34 times in one day! With the same busy signal. Awful!"
