"We regret everyday that we have a business account with Chase due to this branch. Not helpful, very slow response time, and any support you need takes incredibly long."
"I was scammed by Harvard Africa Law Association (HALA) and they did not help me to get my money back. HALA advertised an event that Drogba and Weah would come as guest speakers, so I bought the ticket for a very high price to see them. However, on the event day, none of Drogba and Weah came. I only knew that at the checkin table on that day because they didn’t have any announcement before. As a result, I did not attend their Africa discussion and wasted my money for nothing. I came to Chase and filed a dispute because I felt like I was scammed by wrong information and wasted my money for nothing. Chase created a ticket, but in the end they reject my request. They said HALA told them I attended the event; that’s why I knew the speakers didn’t come. This is a lie. I knew speakers didn’t come because volunteers at checkin table let me know. I did NOT attend their panels. I’m an Asian, so it is obvious that I have no interest in discussions about African countries. I am very disappointed by Chase. They listened to HALA only. They didn’t listen to me and did not let me show them the evidence how HALA lied. I’m an almost 10-year customer and this is the first time I filed a dispute, but they don’t listen to me. They don’t respect me."
"The branch manager in the lobby on June1st was really bad. He is not only impatient, but also discriminate people. He talked to me without any courtesy , but when another white male customer came, he literally rudely stopped our conversation and showed all his patience to that person and trying to help. I should also call the customer service to report this bad experience I had so far"
"I went in to open a business account on March 22. My colleague and I signed a bunch of papers, spending two hours at the branch. The meeting ended with "we need to review your account" before you may use it. During their review, I contacted them nearly every day to see where we were at in the process. It took them about a week-and-a-half to complete this review. Once it was approved, I went in and signed more papers. These papers weren't really any different than anything we signed before. My colleague needed more time, but came into the branch on April 22. That's when they told us that our account had been closed due to "inactivity". It would have been nice if they had communicated that we had some deadline to sign these papers, and that somehow the account was considered "opened" on March 22, even though it was not accessible to us. At any rate, that was our experience "opening" a business account at Chase."
"Completely unimpressed with the customer service at this location. If you want customers to visit your branch in order to have basic questions answered, then you should offer free parking. If you can't offer free parking, then maybe you can try answering those basic questions over the phone. Against policy to answer questions over the phone? So I need to allocate an hour out of my day to visit your branch? Sounds great, I'll surely go ahead and do that."
