Reviews
"beautiful 9/11 memorial"
"No recent reviews, so as a fairly new transplant to TEWKSBURY, I would just like to say that this library lover loves this library! No complaints at all."
"Love this place! Kat over in the children's section is super helpful. I was really surprised when she showed me they have games and movies, too. There are public computers and iPads as well. She hooked me up with a bunch of online resources for eBooks and audiobooks. Great place. Saw some kids doing some sort of arts and crafts thing the other day. Looked messy, kids were having fun. It would be nice if they had some Lay Z boys or those chairs you can really sink into...a nice footrest. Maybe a machine that makes Mocha lattes...but it's pretty great as is."
"Normally, I would be giving a 5 out of 5 star, MOST of the employees are wonderful and really want to help you out yet when I (literally just asked, as I type) to use the microwave to heat up a cup-of-noodles FOR MY TODDLER because he was HUNGRY, I was told "No its only for employees" I told the woman that I used it before, just the week prior to do the same thing and normally the staff are fine. It's only one or two minutes, I would have just handed it to her if that made her feel better, yet still "No, it's only for employees" I just looked at my husband like "Is this real life?" I mean, c'mon it's one or two mins max for my hungry 2 year old. Plus, they can't even say "oh because covid restrictions" since not a soul in here wears masks of any kind. The workers prior have even offered plastic forks (we didn't need them at the time but the thought was there). I don't know what her problem was, I could understand saying no to me or my husband, but not my 2 year old. Other workers have even let my husband or I use it to. BESIDES this miserable worker, our experience here is a 5 outta 5! The kids play room is so full of color and life and such an array of different books for all ages, games and computers... u name it! I would 100% recommend going! Everyone else is kind and pleasant! There's also a house turtle whom my son adores named Hardcover! Just, how cute?! But this REALLY REALLY got under my skin and I had to vent."
