Joelle Elghoul was promoted to Branch manager and has hired a staff who is perfect for this location. Each employee understands “ banking “ which is very important to me. Many financial institutions have focused on Retail Banking only. The problem is that model has proven not to work when a customer has an actual question about his/her account. Joelle has trained each employee how to review each account and make recommendations needed for the individual customer instead of a sales goal for the branch. Relationship building is the absolute strength of this branch !"

"After relocating west of the coast, I found it more difficult to do business with this bank on particular the Chickering road branch. Despite the pandemic, the branch on 133 is the only one with a drivethru and conducting business but this is the ONLY branch that actually charges me three dollars for a money order; Other one like Danvers, Beverly even Peabody and Lynn never have and were never an issue. Now I drive the distance to avoid this location."
