"Blasting music from the garage on a Saturday morning so loud I can hear it through my house!! Not just weekends every day this new guy is in he blasts his music. I’ve told him 3 times already to close the garage door or turn it down. He is rude, he could care less, and he gives me dirty looks. Just leave already!!! One star is not low enough for this business, how about no stars."

On the road: They text and drive, blow through stop signs with in coming traffic traveling towards them, then try to engage in road rage when you slam your brakes and beep at them. From a school stand point: they were ALWAYS late and delaying my end of day time, which I wasn't paid for whenever they were 30-45 late picking up the last group of student."

"I am totally disgusted with the driving that I witnessed today on 495 by 2 nrt buses that came onto the highway going anywhere over 60 miles an hour and then proceeded to tailgate me as I was going more than a reasonable speed in the middle lane. I moved out of their way and they proceeded to fly past me in a way that made me so uncomfortable to think about anyone's loved ones on that bus. I hope this message is received by HR and anyone who is on 495 today is investigated because it was so unsafe."

"The drivers are nice but the company is not very reliable and usually the buses are not on time. They may also not let you know if a bus is unable to get your child. Update a day later, this is the most unreliable company ever. I’ve never seen anything more unprofessional."
