"The experience at this place was shocking, traumatizing and Bias!!! On 8/24/2924 around 9:00am my wife and stop by to inquire about the cost and details for a funeral for my mother who is a healthy 95 y/o but because her age and being realistic we wanted to collect some information and then plan accordingly We were introduced to Dan (no last name we asume is the Director) he politely took us to a private office and started collecting basic information:name, age, address. The issue came when he asked what religion was my mother’s and I responded she is Catholic.his immediate response was that they only offer services for Jewish and he could not offer any help. at his answer we looked at each other in shock and disbelief!!!. When out of shock I responded that the answer sounded bias which he admitted “that it sounded bias”then I farther went to tell him that it actually didn’t sound bias that in Fact it was totally bias. The “Dignity” they falsely advertised is non existent We got up upset ,offended and discriminated both Ethnically and religiously and left but not before letting him know that we will report this unlawful and shameful way of doing Bussiness to the local and state licensing authorities to take action"
"My father was laid to rest with dignity, ease and respect. Cannot recommend Stanetsky enough."
"The Stanetsky team were incredibly empathetic, kind, professional, and efficient from their on-call services to the planning and conclusion of services. Their organization was impeccable and provided comfort knowing that we could trust and rely on them for detailed, honest, and timely follow up. In the worst of times for our family, this was the best possible experience. Our family is so grateful to all the support Stanetsky Memorial Chapel provided us; we are especially grateful to Funeral Director Dan DePiano who was always sincere, patient, and compassionate. Dan coached us through every step of the process and all arrangements enabling us to fulfill our loved one’s wishes."
"These services are never pleasant, however the stuff at Stanetskiy Chapel made it very easy and seamless. Very professional approach and understanding. If You are unfortunate to need these services - i strongly recommend Stanetsky Chapel to perform them."
"It was well done with the dignity that my mother deserved. Particularly, we loved rabbi David Starr. He was performing the service the way we asked him to do, but add his personal warmth and connection to the history of Jews. The only problem was that mic did not worked well enough and people in the back had a problem hearing. There are usually many older people at the funeral service, they may have heating problem to begin with, but problems with mic make it much worse."
