"The bank is okay, I have been a customer since my local branch was still a Lowell bank. I don't like the on line banking web site nor phone app. The system is very unforgiving when it comes to misspelling a password. I have to call in and have my locked account reset every couple of weeks. Sorry my fat old fingers make mistakes on my iphone. :) Also I just tried to make a deposit using my iphone by taking a picture of a check to deposit. It tells me I do not have permission to do so with my account. What? I have done it before. Another phone call to customer service. They are probably going to know my voice because I call in so much. I never had as much problem with mobile banking with Bank of America, their app and web site not full of so many glitches."
"I opened an account with Northern Bank on 6-15. 13 days later they decided they needed my drivers license. I sent them a copy and my account has been frozen ever since. I have no problems with any of my other brokerage or bank accounts. My account has been frozen for over two weeks and no one at Northern can tell me why it's frozen or when it will be unfrozen."
