"Nice people, but the person who was helping me ended up closing the wrong account I intended to close. And they were concerned about changing my profile of what I do as a job, where it could've been left unchanged. Ended up going to a different location to correct the error. The Arlington location seems to be more qualified. Also both locations gave same options on a different matter and again Arlington location gave better feedback on CDs"
"Went today to open a new account at Fresh Pond, deposit savings bonds and get a $50 bank/cashier's check. They could only open a new account, could not handle the other two requests and recommended Harvard Square and a branch in Porter Square by the Star Market there, where parking would be readily available. I drove to the Porter Square location, drove around, and could not find a BofA location there. I went in to the Star Market and they indicated that there is no BofA location in the area by the Star Market location in Porter Square. As an allegedly preferred customer, I am not impressed and will think about moving my banking elsewhere."
"Contrary to what some other folks are claiming, this Bank of America location not only has ATMs, but also representatives. During off hours, the staffed area is closed behind a security gate, and only the ATMs will be accessible to members. As with all BoA locations, you can get access to the otherwise locked ATMs when normal hours are over by using your debit card or phone to swipe or tap on the reader by the door. If this review was helpful, please consider a thumbs up. It would be greatly appreciated!"
"No tellers in person at location, they have tellers at a remote location who speak with you through a phone, three checks to cash and they couldn't cash any of them there, and that I needed to go to a location with an actual teller. If I could give zero stars I would. B of A is the worst bank I've ever had the misfortune to deal with."
