"This bank used to be pleasant to use. I have not been in a while because of the rise of mobile banking. They ended up renovating this place and they replaced most of the tellers with a single person at a single desk. Almost everything else has become appointment-only. So if you have to do anything in person at this bank, this bank has become a huge bottleneck. What was once a reliably quick moving line is now easily stalled by a single person. Hope I don't have to come back. On the bright side, the remaining staff are still the best bankers I have ever dealt with."

"Unfortunately, my experience with the Winchester, MA branch of Bank of America has been extremely frustrating. On more than one occasion one of their staff members has made an error in processing an international wire transfer for my small business. The most recent error occurred nearly 2 months ago when she incorrectly listed my name as the beneficiary on a transfer to a customer, despite being presented with the correct information at the time of the transfer and having made an earlier payment to the same customer one month prior (i.e., the information was already in their system). Afterwards, rather than be accountable, they tried to blame us for her error since "we should have noticed it." I have asked numerous times for the payment to be recalled without success. We still are missing the money in our account and our customer never received the funds. We are being told the reason is that it is taking a long time, now nearly 2 months, is that it is an international transfer. One of our reasons for choosing BoA for our international banking was that we wanted to be confident that transactions would be carried out correctly, and that if there was a problem it could be dealt with swiftly. This has not be then case. We were hoping to have personal relationship with the bank that handles our small business international transactions. Their incompetence and poor customer service has been profoundly disappointing. If you have a small business and are looking for a bank, I recommend looking elsewhere. I have never experienced such poor performance by a bank."
"Worst bank representative. I went to the bank to open an account for my wife and also check if I can open a credit card from the employee to get the 200 credit for opening an credit card. He said yes I checked with him multiple time that I can open the account via my app to get the 200 usd credit but be informed he can do it .. finally did not get the 200 credit as the bonus offer was not added by the employee.. reached out multiple times with no answers or reply.. the employee name was Kevin"
