"Went in to cash in 20 lbs of coins and the machine sign said something like "unable to provide service". Called to see when it would be fixed and was told the sign was there because it was 15 minutes before closing. I was there 30 minutes before closing. Representative back pedaled and said it must be out of order without asking anyone for sure. Felt like he was giving me the run around."
