"I've been coming to this location a long time and never had any real big issues. Yes, they are understaffed, and yes, there are long lines to the teller, but mostly everyone I have worked with has been helpful. I typically worked with Daviela, who is always very professional and gets me in and out right away. However, now, with Tarek running things as the manager, I am going to review him. Absolutely no customer service qualities. We had a disagreement about how BofA deals with small business accounts. I explained the long history of my issues, and all he did was talk down to me the entire time. Telling me I should get a printout of the rules, over and over. I will admit I got angry with his employee because I have been doing the same transactions for years and suddenly no more. Tarek threatened me that I better not get mad again. Telling me I had one more strike left. How do you reason with a grown man who talks to another man like that. You just dont. He is beyond unprofessional. He then proceeded to take 20 yrs of my business and tell me that maybe I shouldn't do business with Bank of America because it doesn't work for me. Then told me my hour time was ending soon, so I need get out because there are other customers. Congrats, Tarek, you are getting gold stars for dealing with customers. I left the bank and called Bank of America Small Business, and they explained to me my options. Telling me because I was gold status, I could have business accounts with no fees. Gave me options and explained that they did not want to lose my business. Night and day dealing with someone who is trained and someone who is not. Thanks for the great experience, Tarek, aka Mr cool beans, aka waste of time."

"I have been going to this location for a few years now with little to no problems, but every visit since the start of 2024 has been very frustrating, as wait times have seemingly tripled due to understaffing. Personal bankers used to be helpful, but now are willing to help with much less than in prior, and they do not help to alleviate wait times when they have no business going on for themselves (rather chat it up with co-workers). I thought they were having a bad day the first few times, but it has now become clear that this is a chronic issue. Today, I was informed mid-transaction that I was on a timer, two mins into my encounter. The lack of regard for customers at this location is loud."

"This place is a joke and it took this second incident for me to make this review! But I went in with a check made out to me and my father and they would not cash or allow him to deposit unless I have an account or a joint account with him. Always trying to weasel someway into getting someone to open an account with one of the worst banks and I’m all set. Mind you my father had one which is why we went here to begin with. I go to eastern bank in Dedham with my wife who has an account and with no issue me and my father sign a paper and they allow her to deposit the check in her account. AVOID BANK OF AMERICA AT EVERY LOCATION AS COSTUMER SERVICE IS 0 from a scale of 1-10"

"Tarek, the branch manager, went above and beyond to help me sort out a check that had been stolen in the mail and fraudulently deposited to someone else. He immediately started making phone calls when I explained the situation & quickly helped me resolve it."
