"The parking lot in this bank is always full . But then when you go inside you find one or two customers. It is frustrating that we have to keep looking for parking spot while non citizen bank customers are using the parking lot."

"Sorry to say that the staff is so careless and never answer the questions. they always put you in wrong direction. They give you more wrong options to open an account. Three months ago citizen bank send me an offer to get $300 free after opening checking and saving account with them. I did everything whatever they said to me and now three months passed and I asked them to give me the money you offered. But now they started ignoring me and even not getting my phone calls. there are so many issues are going on with this bank they are charging monthly fee and other things too.....please be aware from this citizen bank ....."
