"Whatever you do ... DO NOT hire this company. Booking was smooth, but everything since then has been a complete disaster. Almost every large furniture item they moved has damage. They take absolutely no care with your belongings and unfortunately we did not take out additional insurance as they didn't offer it at time of move - had us initial that their insurance was acceptable, but at .60 pound, its worthless. Then we only used 5 of 30 days of storage and they refuse to prorate the storage bill. And the workers stand around waiting to be told what to do ... just racking up the bill for you. The word GENTLE should not be in their name. Do yourself a favor and look for a different moving/storage company!"
