"My voicemail message specifically requests that people do not leave voicemail, and additionally has a delay which then prompts to leave a voicemail if it is an emergency. The call came in from a number I didn’t know so I didn’t pick up; the caller waited out the entire duration of the voicemail, decided this was an “emergency” even though I already was informed twice, both by email and the application form, that my application was denied. The most offending part of this is that they didn’t even leave any reason as to why my application was denied as the website said they would. From this customer service I’m pretty glad I didn’t get the loan. Wouldn’t do business with someone who refuses to respect personal boundaries. Unprofessional."
