After explicitly saying to cash it I don’t think it’s hard to do what’s asked, and I was very nice when I was talking with the clerk. Please do better and listen when customers come in and ask to do something specific!"

"We are a local business who has banked with citizens for over two decades. We rely on the services they provide to run our business. For 7 months we have been making the mistake on banking with this branch location. Anytime we go for change for our business they never have it. Imagine a bank that doesn’t carry change and sometimes singles for 7 months. It’s frustrating when we hold all our our personal and business accounts with them. New management needed. We have been slowly transitioning to dedham savings and probably should have stuck with a local bank who supports our community from the beginning."
