"This branch is a messed because of the branch manager ADA MELO. She will make your life impossible, You will even get to think you are doing something wrong, when you're not. I rather go to a different branch for any type of transaction because there; on Essex st, Lawrence, MA it is impossible to walk out happy. They will also make you wait at least 30 minutes every time, if you desire to speak to a personal banker. TD Bank should work a little better with customer relationships."
