"Went to open up an account at the location in Watertown Square but didn’t even make it 20 ft from my car before a bank employee came out and told me I couldn’t park in their lot. The employee was an older gentleman with white hair/mustache, and didn’t bother to ask if I was a customer before telling me I couldn’t park. I said ok, moved my car, and took my business to the bank across the street."
