"I'm very disappointed with this branch and citizen overall. Ever since they switched over to MasterCard things have been a total nightmare with this company. They did not give customers an option to keep the visa or switch over. I spent years memorizing my visa number now I have all these problems starting with *processing is slower *Only mentions the address not the place I bought from *When I go to restaurant the holds is are confusing I had 642 once the hold was complete says 604 the holds don't reflect up top when I go out to eat and when I had visa holds was never a problem. With visa they would take out bill then tip few days later. My sister had a Internet bill on RCN was taken out on their end, but it didn't reflect the the bank ends and on a recent bank encounter with teller I had my online account says I had 5 dollars but when I called in my account says I had .46 cents in the bank so my online account didn't reflect what was on the phone which was 46 cents which was my current amount the woman argue with me and have the nerve to blame it on other people when clearly my online account and my me calling the phone it shows that my online account is slow that processing times are different when I was on the Visa the processing time was never slow the bank and the phone always reflected each other now it's reflecting differently. And the woman had the nerve to blame it on the merchants and other companies involved but its not the other merchants it couldn't be because RCN was able to take to get out the amount right away but the bank was slow and it didn't reflect on the account so therefore it shows that the bank was slow not the merchant."
