"Useless. The sign says PNC Bank. It is not a bank. It's a "solution center" that solves nothing. There are no tellers; there are ATM machines with no money on a Friday. You can eventually talk to a teller on a video machine who says: 'there is nothing she can do, might want to try talking to the guys in the solution center'. There is an employee in the "solution center" named Mo who is very patient and tried his best to be helpful with a completely different scenario. I have got nothing but the runaround and misinformation on the phone from PNC. BEWARE! PNC holds your money hostage. I'm filing complaints with every consumer protection agency in the United States."
