"Even worse than the Woburn branch. TD bank can rot in hell"
"My chip was malfunctioning so I needed a new card,a gentleman said hello and walked me over to his desk, we go back and forth about my card and hes in my account,told me he couldn't print me a new card,that's ok, tells me to use the atm...even tho we both know my chip doesnt allow me to do that but hey just for giggles. Brings me back to his desk..still in my account..tried to do sell me savings upgrades...I ask to withdraw money...he then proceeds me to go to a teller....so you can help with everything but when it comes to withdrawing money you cant!?!?!?!...who gave this guy a managerial title?! As I waited for a teller his appointment came in...so priority isnt there..sad"
