"I had the worst experience with this location. I don't normally write reviews but I would like to help others to save their time. If you want to waste your time, you can still go here. I've been using Chase for 5-6 years and tried to open another credit card here. I met Mohamed E. and he processed the application for me. It has been more than 3 weeks now and I've called 5-6 times, sent emails numerous times, submitted all additional documents as they required and I hear nothing from them. I called him again and he said he would follow up on the case and there has been no follow up. Not organized, poorly managed and serviced. I called Amex and they processed a new credit card in 2days. Good luck with working with them."

"Most Toxic work environment. Manager is sales and money driven and teaches her team to see every client as a gold mines and not as actual clients that are in need of a service. They are a groups of self centered indoviduals who fight with each other for clients. Connor makes fun of his clients, Mohammed the relationship Banker will kill if a colleague takes his business as they are a client as a future bonus. Go bank some where else if you actually looking for more of a professional service."

"Incredible experience - pretty crazy to say for a bank right?! Sheena, Mohamed, and Dazy went above and beyond. This location should be a case study for other locations. We had to open account for my wife - they were beyond patient and went above and beyond for my toddler daughter. Great team, great management!!! Very professional and very knowledgeable."
