"Lydon library's facilities are truly impressive, the extensive collection of books, journals, and digital resources is a benefit for research and learning. The study spaces and reading areas are comfortable, quiet, and conducive to focused work. Whether you prefer group study rooms, individual carrels, or collaborative spaces, Lydon Library offers a variety of options to cater to different study styles. Access to computers, printers, scanners, and software which is valuable for academic projects and presentations."
"Loved studying on the 3rd and 4th floors in the more secluded and quiet areas, but the 2nd floor for group study was awesome as well!"
"EDIT: The lights have since been replaced and are functioning. ORG: Overall, a good library BUT, half the lights one the 3rd floor are out and have been that way for a few years now! It's sad because there's a whole bunch of dark spots and people including myself spend enough $ to have a lit library resource for studying. Also love that UML made printing from my personal computer easier!"
"Nice clean library Easily accessible printers"
"I find libraries to be a really central thing to university life. It's where you always go to when you want to study. It's also where you meet alot of the people you're going to meet over your academic career and form enduring connections. Not just ones that center on fun - But more academic and career-centered ones. This is UMass's library. It has plenty of spaces that you can make your home. It has internet, computers, great staff, a great building, group study rooms and more. Go check it out."
