"It was my first time visiting this branch, and I had a sleeping toddler in my backseat. I was excited to see they had a Drive Thru, but when I pulled up, they appeared to be closed, but someone was in one of the lanes. I called inside to the bank, and Jose answered immediately. I asked if the lanes were closed, and he said they only had one teller, so they did have the lanes closed. As I went to hang up, he says, "If you're out there now, pull up, I'll take care of you!" He had no idea I had a sleeping child in the car, and he was VERY kind and courteous on the phone. I really appreciated the extra step of service here. It was unexpected, but definitely not unnoticed! I will definitely be visiting this branch again! Thanks Jose for a great experience!"
