"Rudest employees I’ve ever encountered at a bank. Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Refused to cash a check drawn from citizens because I questioned the 7$ fee. Common thieves."

"Great experience at this Citizens. Worked with Kristyn and she was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, took the time to discuss all of our options, answered all of our questions and was very patient in helping us find a solution. As was the branch manager. They go above and beyond here."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. This bank has very poor security. All my accounts including my retirement were hacked. Then while watching my money be stolen. I had to go on a scavenger hunt to find a branch manager and have this person freeze my account. Then after the manager approved extraction, she cleared out all the accounts and paid off my credit card. Then, for months after I was haunted by phone calls from collectors. I was going back and forth between the manager and collectors explaining the same thing over and over. The decentralized command is abominable. Not one person can take care of issue for you. They just pass you onto the next person. The next person knows less than the one before. I would say many of the employees lied about their degrees on their resume."

"I have been banking with Citizens for years and the service is typically exceptional at other locations. This location not so much.. The staff are nice enough but the service is horrific. There are very few times I visit this location and get what I need. I'll drive all the way to this location to be forced to drive to another bank, whether it be for change, wire transfers, etc. I've decided I won't go back to this location to spare myself the aggravation. Get it together."
