The following negative reviews were posted by people who are NOT INSURED WITH OUR AGENCY and should NOT review a business that they do not know just to post negative and fraudulent information. -LIZZY STAPLES has never called or had insurance with our agency -SARA CARNIELE has never called or had insurance with our agency -TERRA LANDSCAPING has never had insurance with our agency and is blaming the agency for a mistake the registry made in which we did our best to have the mistake corrected and this is the thanks we receive -DANIEL RIBEIRO has never called or had insurance with our agency -DAVI FERNANDEZ has never called or had insurance with our agency -QUEREN LIMA has never called or had insurance with our agency -JUSSARA WANDERLEY has never called or had insurance with our agency Please also note that a few of the users mentioned above are currently insurance license professionals. Since there are serious allegation on these reviews I would like to request proof of claims if not, a slander suit will be arranged against the responsible parties. Keep in mind there are laws in force on the internet for conduct and behavior and your "opinion" can be considered a statement of verifiable fact which if false can be used on a slander suit against the user who posted such inaccurate or accusatory information. We appreciate all feedback in order to learn from our mistakes and improve as a company but we need to have the false reviews exposed since this is not a true review if they are not in fact from customers and have nothing to review, the allegations on the reviews are very serious and can damage the business to no end so its important that people are conscious about the truths and LIES they post online. "Pitty we can't give 0 stars. Agency is extremely disorganized and besides the representatives try to help, owners and managers will do everything to mess up with you. We have to call everyday to make sure they did what they were supposed to do even thought they've got your money in full."

"Customers, be aware! I'm not even a customer of them, gladly. They registered someone's else trailer under my company name, after one month I got the title and the excise bill, it's been three months, after sending all the original documents to them (paying all the expenses out of my pocket) to solve it and nothing was done, not even the excise bill was paid! Now, I'm trying to renew my company's trucks and I can't because they are trying to fight with RMV saying that was RMV's mistake but no one, the person who went there to register, the people at this agency and the current owner verified if the registration was correct. They wouldn't know if I hadn't tell them. This company is clearly a mess, I wouldn't trust BRAZWAY to do anything for me, so that is up to you give all your assets for them to trust."
