Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"Very unfriend place to do banking in Bank of America in Bedford, MA. I needed a Cashier's check for the down payment of my new car. The manager of BOA, Bedford branch wanted to see in my phone that if the money is available in my account. I showed her in my phone that it is available. Then she told me that I have to wait till the next day. I went to another branch of BOA in the next town and got the Cashier's check immediately."

"Yeah, probably the worst bank branch I have dealt with. I am on the older side of middle age, lived n 5 states. So I have been a customer at a few banks in my lifetime. Two problems -1/ corporate strategy..they don’t make money in cashier services, so they have one single teller available. Your out of luck if teller is out or they don’t have a warm body b/c of labor shortage/they don’t pay enough. 2/ hardware issues eg computer, cable, network issues. And if they are renovating (eg taking away teller space)…Probably more than half of the time I have to go to another branch b/c teller station is closed. Bank of America also?took away Saturday openings at a majority branches. I have to be a BOA customer because of my personal situation otherwise I would find another bank."

"Really disappointed. Needed to get a document notarized which is a quick process. 6 people standing behind the desk at the teller station. One employee comes from behind the desk asks if he can help me and I say I need a document notarized. He says I am the notary but I am with a client and you need to make an appointment online or I can help you. I ask for the latter and he says well I can’t because I am with a client. Don’t offer to help if you won’t help and secondly to make an appointment to get something notarized is crazy. Literally takes under five minutes to get something notarized. So frustrating as a customer to go into a branch and have the staff treat you with attitude."

"I visited this location on 2 separate occasions to have a document notarized. Both times there were no customers and I was told I needed to make an appointment. Meanwhile there was no one waiting in the lobby. The bankers were standing around chit chatting. I walked to Brookline Bank where I have no account and received excellent service in 5 minutes. Every time I visit this location which is rare they make you feel like you’re an imposition. Brookline Bank here I come."

"Here's my last two experiences. First time I went there it took over an hour to cash my check. Not because they didn't have the people but because they just wanted to make me wait. They gave me that feeling like they weren't going to help me no matter how I acted which was respectful always. Today, no one was there in line went to cash my check and they said no. I have an account with them but because of all the overdrafts they threw on I was unable to cash my check. I asked to speak to someone and was refused.Literally any other bank would've helped but not them. From being rude,disrespectful, and giving you the you did something wrong feel I strongly recommend you either go to a different Bank of America or a different bank entirely. I'm always honest to my viewers and would not want them to waste the gas like I did. I'm sorry I have to give a low review like this but it was honestly the worst service I've ever had and I know others that have said the same. Definitely try a different Bank if America or a different bank in general. I know I will and will keep you all posted."
