"I have been trying to set appointment for 2 months and keep getting hung up on.. It is a shame that our U.S Government can't spend the money to get a better system to serve the U.S Citizen."

"Today I had a 1p appointment which was told to arrive 15:min early. I get to the door and it's locked. I look inside and see the security guard sitting down on her phone so I knocked. She " yells they're on lunch" I say "oh I was told to arrived 15 min early I didn't know" she yells the sign is on the door read it"! I say thank you. #1 she was rude and nasty! #2 if you make the sign more visible you would be able to see it! My suggestion security is the first thing you see when you enter the establishment they set the tone. Be more professional and not rude because especially when it's someone first time there. The lady at the desk that helped me was professional and accomodating. It's stressful enough having to deal with the IRS therefore the experience overall does not have to be."

"I went there to get a form The lady was holding the door open to smoke I walked past her didnt have a purse or anything and the gaurd lady freaked out saying I needed to b searched . I couldnt see the door from the woman standing there smoking or I could have read it. I will go to anywhere but there. They work for irs and we get trarted like that Smoking at front door baaaaahaaaa what a joke of a place"

"What is the pointing of having times posted on door if you don't abide by them. Sign says 8. It's 8:15. There's 20 people standing outside. Last time I was here the service was extremely terrible, slow, and unprofessional. Not expecting much more from this visit."

"Horrible! I asked the security on site what the hours were and her response was " They work when they want and make their own hours." What is the point of having business hours posted if you aren't going to follow those hours! Service is slow, and the employees were eating and being unprofessional instead of doing their jobs!!!!"
