"I’ve been a member for almost 20 years with no issues. If you get a fraudulent withdrawal be prepared to jump through hoops - it’s all on the customer. I had to go to the Apple Store to get confirmation that there is no malware on my phone. I emailed a letter from the Apple Store to the bank on Friday, it’s now Tuesday and they haven’t restored access. I called and they informed me (after a significant wait) that I now need to come in to get access to my online banking. Totally inconvenient for working people."
