"Terrrrrible customer service. The rudest lady I’ve ever talked to. They changed the app around to make it look like you have more in your account than all of a sudden a bunch of pending things hit at once and overdraft. I’ve looked on a Friday and had planet fitness post and they took the money. On Sunday all of a sudden I look and the same transaction is now pending and about to overdraft. They make sure to make it as hard as possible to keep track of your money so they can take 30 dollar fees over and over. They also will have something pending and a withdrawal pending to cover what’s coming out but will only put through the pending so you can get a 30 dollar fee. It’s ridiculous. I say all of us get together and start a civil suit on jeanne darc"

"Horrible customer service. I had two pending transactions in my account from yesterday, one a deposit and one a withdrawal. Without the deposit the withdrawal would overdraft the account, but it was a recurring deposit that usually goes through on Thursdays anyways. This morning when I checked my account to make sure both transactions went through I saw that the bank had charged me an overdraft fee. When I asked customer service about it because my deposit had also gone through they said they charged me the fee because the withdrawal went through around 1 am and the deposit went through about 5 am. Even though the bank is who approves pending transactions and the deposit was being put through a day late anyway they would not refund the fee. I have never experienced such terrible customer service with any other bank I’ve ever dealt with. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone as it’s clear they’re just going to try to take your money at any opportunity. Update: I did reach out as requested in the response to this review and customer service was just as unhelpful as before and nothing got resolved."

"Looking for a local bank to open up a business account with, but saw the bad reviews, so will have to look elsewhere. This branch is right around the corner from me, so it would have been great if it worked out. I hope it gets better. 3 stars as to not mess with your existing rating."

"I just got off the phone with a lady she never gave a name but was very impolite. My cards recently been declining and I wanted to know why and all this lady did was give me attitude and disrespect. If you don’t like your job then don’t do it. It’s simple. You’re only making your life harder as long with others. I don’t have the time to sit talking to disrespectful people. If one customer made you mad don’t take it out in the next. We are all different people. Each person should be a new beginning."
